SMS Policy

Overview:

Affordable Tree Service sends automated SMS messages to customers following the completion of tree service jobs. These messages are used solely to follow up on service quality and request customer reviews.

How We Collect Consent:

Customer contact information and consent is collected verbally by Affordable Tree Service staff at the time of service scheduling or job completion. Before any customer information is entered into our system, staff verbally confirms consent by asking the customer: "Is it okay if we send you a quick follow up text after your job is completed?"

Customer information is only entered into our system after verbal confirmation of consent is received. Staff are required to confirm consent was obtained by checking a consent confirmation checkbox at the time of data entry.

Message Frequency:

Customers will receive no more than 2 SMS messages per completed job — one review request and one follow up if no response is received.

How to Opt Out:

Customers can reply STOP at any time to be removed from future messages. No further messages will be sent following an opt out request.
